WeGÖ SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for visiting and using WeGÖ, the on-demand booking platform for deliveries, services and marketplace. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment or delivery of goods are managed by Business Partners and the cost may be borne by the Customer of the Business Partner depending on the partner’s policies.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are managed by Business Partners and the selected courier services.
All orders made from WeGÖ Mall online bookings are processed within 2 – 3 business days and orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
All orders made from WeGÖ Delivery which involves ready-to-eat food will be processed within the same day within the Business Partner’s processing time unless stated otherwise (i.e. pre-orders) by the partners in the Platform
Digital or softcopy items may not need shipment or deliveries and will be forwarded to the Customer within 1 – 2 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments or deliveries may be delayed by a few days depending on the items. Please allow additional days in transit for shipment or deliveries. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, the Business Partners will contact you via email or telephone.
